Great stay. Easy access to downtown. The parking is very tight. Other than that good place to stay

Great location... even better service
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location.... Haunted Mansion is right next door ♥️♥️♥️ Walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the hot tub can't be beat. Never got to go on the pool unfortunately but I will definitely come back to check it out. Everyonr of the staff was very friendly and the breakfast definitely surpassed my expectations. I will definitely come back next trip to Gatlinburg.

Hot water not adequate enough

Dennis,I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with your hot water. We did not hear any other comments from our guests regarding their hot water. I'm not sure what happened in your case but it will be looked into. We appreciate you choosing the Edgewater and hope you will choose us again the next time you are in Gatlinburg.

The hotel was nice. The elevators were slow. We had to wait long time.

The parking ramp is a little bit tight. Other than that the room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff nice

Centrally located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything. Would stay again when back in the area
