Perfect location
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen was perfect and beds were COMFY. Owner was easy to reach for questions and so polite! Overall, I believe it had the best location we could’ve asked for proximity to towns, the view and comfort. Bears visited every day!

Drive way sucks
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCool cabin. Management sucks. Driveway is awful, so be aware and be careful! There are also hot wire lines around the cabin, so be cautious with children. The pool was cold, could not find a remote or how to operate it. But it is a cool neat fun cabin.

We are glad you like the cabin so much but are very confused at the rest of your review. The driveway is pictured in all the photos. A lot of time and effort was spent to create a large flat parking area for those that cannot navigate a sloped driveway. The hot wire lines are not live. They were for a time period to deter the bears sleeping under the porch. Now the lines are just there as a visible deterrent. The pool is 82-85 as recommended for indoor pools. This is set and there is not a remote to change it. We have a hot tub if you desire something warmer. We are also very confused in your statement that we "suck" as a management company. You never called us about anything. We also did not charge you for backing into our trashcans and dislodging them from the concrete footing. Man we are just terrible. We paid to have them resecured and refinished so it would not rust. In the future we recommend reviewing all details of the unit that you rent and using the phone if you have concerns. We definitely want the best experience for all of our guest. Also you may consider using the flattest parking available if you cannot navigate a sloped driveway. Thanks for staying and we wish you best of luck finding units that will give you a better experience.

Beautiful property, great location!
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI loved the close proximity to all the main attractions of the area, while being far enough away you got the serenity of the mountains as well. The views from the cabin and on the drive up to it are breathtaking! It's also a great place to spot bears! We saw them around the cabin every day of our stay! There was something for everyone in our group at the cabin (ages 2-63)! The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was clean throughout, and communication with the host was fast and hassle free. Overall, we had a great experience!

Really not quite sure how to respond to this. We have no messages on our maintenance line. Our reservationist gave them a code to get into the pool area which the code was already in our hospitality app. There were no mentions of anything that was dissatisfactory on those communications and no phone calls either. I reviewed our housekeeping photos and everything seemed to have been in order. I have reached out to the guest twice to see what caused such a poor rating with no response.

Wonderful stay!

Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Great for stay w young kids!
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Bear Tracks - the house was clean, kitchen well equipped. Beds were okay, paper thin sheets and pillows. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our young kids, the pool is smaller in person than how it appears in pictures. The game room was a hit w our kids, too. Perfect stay for a family w young kids.

Hey Staci, I hate you had less than a 5 star experience. Across more than 100 cabins we take care of we very rarely get complaints about our linens and I know pillows are very subjective to personal preference. We will check our inventory to make sure there wasn't a stray set that ended up in our mix. It can be difficult to determine size in the photos which is why we put the size of the pool in the listing. Thanks again for staying with us.

Awesome Place!
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an awesome time staying at rainwater falls. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the video/arcade games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and very clean.
