A very nice stay
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was extremely clean, very well lit, and comfortable. Location was great for what we needed for a quick trip into downtown Gatlinburg. The gentleman at check in was very courteous and gave very good suggestions for dinner, activities, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi did not connect in the room, but we did not really need it during our one night stay. Will stay at this hotel again on our next trip in the area.

Great quiet place to stay! Enjoyed watching the bears come through!! Super friendly staff! Definitely would stay here again!

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was a nice cozy place! The workers even knocked on our door to let us see a bear that was walking nearby because we had mentioned wanting to see one. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend trip. My only complaint is that there is only one mirror (at the sink) which made getting ready a little crowded.

Staff was friendly. Only thing I wasnt a fan of was the fact that the room holds water. Like mildew basically and kind of stinks but the staff was very friendly and we will be back to stay 😊
