older and a bit run down...and, a bit far down towards the end of the main strip~ but overall a good experience

It was great satu and even ended up staying an extra night. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river. Trolley stop was a great plus or you could walk to the shops. We did get to see a bear in the parlor, it was amazing. Nicki at the front desk in the morning for breakfast was amazing and friendly and Mario was helpful. Elevator is working!!!

A but of nature with a great location!

The trolley was close so transportation was great. Not too many dinning options.

The hotel is in a great location but with the elevator being out of service for the whole stay it made getting to and from the room very difficult especially with a handicapped guest. Would not have booked had I known. Front staff at breakfast couldn't be any less interested in the guests, was stuck on his phone the whole time and was very difficult to talk to and get questions answered. Also found if a bit disturbing that we were forced to watch news about wars, bombing and people dying while eating breakfast. When we asked the very unhelpful front desk person to change the channel he informed us that it is "hotel policy" to keep the TV on that channel. Won't stay there again.

We booked this room for the views and it was well worth it. We had an amazing view of the room and even seen some bears.
