When I booked this reservation the pictures shown showed a beautiful resort, however upon checkin we were told that our booking was for the other part of the property located a block away. The “nice” side was for those that had booked directly with the property. No indoor pool, no hot tub unless you wanted to walk a block away. It was also poorly lit outside for parking which made it unsafe for my daughter and I traveling alone. The staff was unprofessional. Checkin was at 4 and our room still was not ready then and we were told it was due to staffing issues. After our long drive and walking all day this was very disappointing. There also was no (and I mean no) hot water to shower or bathe. I would not stay here again and I feel I wasted my money on a very below average room.

Great place to stay!
Nice, spacious place. Updated and clean. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Short walk to the strip, nice warm indoor pool, basketball court for the kids. Hubby and i loved the jetted spa tub in our room. We'll definitely be staying here again!
