Absolutely worst accomodations we ever experienced. Would not recommend whatsoever. No cold water in bathroom sink. Water leaking from somewhere under floor in bathroom and kitch area. Entire floor was "sticky" and have no idea why. Dirty toilet lid and drywall pieces falling down from ceiling in living room area.Elevator not in service, filled with construction debris and we were on the third floor. When we went to the front desk and informed them, the reply was "sorry". No attempt made to make things right at all. Avoid this property at all cost.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSo once checking in the room was nothing like the photos it was late was going to go to bed when I discovered stains and bed bugs on the bed never got an apology from management all they did was move us two rooms down

Please accept our apology, the Front desk staff should have done when they moved you. We did have the room inspected and they reported that they found a carpet Beetle in the unit. Again, sorry for your issues.

Well located for exploring Gatlingburg on foot

Loved the place, But I did get stuck in the bathroom when I first got there the door went off tge track. The maintenance man got there right away and they got us a different room. I will definitely come back It was a very clean rooo..
