As first timers staying here was great. No only were we able to access the trolley , we were able to walk to the downtown district for alcohol fun. The only thing that would have make our stay top notch was if there was a breakfast option available. Being within walking distance we didn't have to competely depend on the trolley to move around. We hope to stay here again for our next stay!

We were very happy with the room and we loved seeing a bear from a safe distance of coarse we will definitely stay there again. Parking spots are really hard to get into

I paid for a room with a balcony view and got a room with a jet tub by the bed and no view. When I called the front desk and told them I paid for the view, I was told that the other half was where the view was but it was already in use and there were no other rooms. I called back and told her that the room was not acceptable, it smelled like stale cigarettes and not what I paid for and ask if she would refund the cost, she agreed without any problems. I gave service 4 stars because she really was helpful without attitude and for that I was really impressed. As far as everything else, I'm actually pretty disappointed because the positive reviews are why I booked it but I believe had we been in the other half it would have met my expectations.

Nice location, short walk to main strip. Room was pretty dated and hotel was having some work done to it. Friendly staff. Many bears running around at night.

When I made this reservation I was under the impression I would be in the resort. When we arrive we are put in a small building separate from the resort. Our room wasn't completely clean the sliding door didn't lock and there was a huge gap under the main door. Definitely was over charged for what we got and will not be rebooking with this location.

Lots of issues with room that was booked. Didn’t have that many issues in the past.
