To note for travel, the roads to this condominium complex in Gatlinburg are flat and paved for easier arrivals and departures. The driveway is also flat and paved, with parking for 2 cars. And there’s only 1 step up to reach the front door, making unpacking and repacking a breeze.

These condos / Townhouses are only about 3.5 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World complex in Gatlinburg and many other attractions. If you are traveling with more than one family, we have other properties available all in the same complex, most in the same building. Have your own unit but still be only steps away from your other travelers.

Highland Village Rules and Regulations

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT – A 50% deposit is required upon booking this property. When booking you automatically agree to these terms. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check in,
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six
(6) persons.
8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.  Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front.  An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.

Wonderful weekend getaway
My daughter and I wanted a girls’ weekend to relax, hike, watch movies, and enjoy the fall colors. This property was perfect - super clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property. Very clean and nice. The only issue was the WiFi and the not having regular cable on the TV’s. Missed out on watching football after a day out in town. Besides that we will recommend the property to our friends and family.

Close to everything you want to do while in GB/PF, but far enough away to get some beautiful, serene views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The property was very clean and upkeep was obvious. A small issue with check-in was resolved quickly with a short phone call. Will stay again when I return to the area.

This unit is very clean and comfortable. One minor hiccup at check in with the wifi code, but it was quickly resolved. The kitchen could stand to be stocked a bit better for those who will be doing cooking, but not a big deal for us. Overall, this was a great place to spend a few days in the mountains.

We stayed here during the busy spring break week. Having a place to go to that was just outside the downtown area was nice. It’s a bit far for walking to downtown, but driving was our option. The place was clean and had a great view. Everything went smoothly and the owner was responsive to messages. Thank you for the nice stay.

Clean & Cozy for Girls’ trip
My friends and I were so pleased with this condo. It has a cozy gas fireplace that heated right up. There was even a Christmas tree! The bedrooms are upstairs and the living area and kitchen are downstairs. We enjoyed the balconies off the downstairs and the master bedroom, which have a nice view of the mountains. The condo itself is part of the highest set of condos in the complex, so it was quiet and felt safe and secluded. We would definitely stay again! We like to cook though, so next time we will bring our own pot holders, cutting board, sharp knives and storage containers for leftovers. Also, be sure to read the email they send you with a packing list. I mistakenly thought it was a generic list, but it is actually helpful in terms of what to expect when you get to the condo.

Amazing property!!
Absolutely perfect! My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this condo. Great light great views super comfortable. Please add more options as far as cooking. More pots and pans maybe a slow cooker, storage containers, etc. We loved it!

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Very nice furniture, beds were awesome. Had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Great location to Gatlinburg. My only regret, we forgot to write in the visitor book. 😥 We will just have to visit and stay there again!
