We stay here each time we visit Gatlinburg. We love the indoor waterpark for the kids and the ability to walk to the National Park or downtown, avoiding the parking disasters.

Staff has strong accent and hard to understand. No blankets available. Room was very clean.

Family vacation
Posted Aug. 23, 2024 on HotelsThis was a great hotel and my family and I enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was amazing and my kids loved the waterpark/pool feature. Our rooms were clean and the pool water temperature was nice and warm. Not to mention, the parking was free and the hotel is walking distance from the main downtown strip. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg, we would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Family friendly. Good breakfast. Awesome little water park. Pool kinda small but water park for kids makes up for that.

Few bugs in bathroom sink , freaked us out

2 Day family stay.
Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsVery comfortable stay. My granddaughter, two of my great grandchildren and I stayed 2 nights. We went to the aquarium and Pigeon Forge. The splash pad at the Holiday Inn was wonderful, the kids loved it! We all enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The staff was great, provided a crib at no extra charge! Wonderful stay!

Came to Gatlinburg for a quick family get away before school starts up. Holiday Inn was a good price in a great location. An easy walk to the strip but far enough off that it didn’t cause any noise issues. The free parking was a huge bonus as fees can really add up. The breakfast was a good starter to the day. It wasn't a grand buffet but had staples and got the job done. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The only issue was the pool was very cloudy and didn't seem a good idea to swim in. The water park was simple and great for the kids however the surface was very rough and easy scuffed up bare feet. The staff was great, didn't have any major issues just more towels, which was easily accessible. Would stay at hotel again and recommend.
