Its a decent place to stay with it being a very short walk to all the action in Gatlinburg. This is our second stay at this property and will likely stay again in the furture.

Room was ok, wasn't the cleanest it was a place to lay my head. However the worst part of the experience I used my credit card to pay for the room,the only place I used it was for this room within hours of this my card was hit for a fraudulent charge of $1400 ...weird I've had this card for years don't use it and the first time I use it here.... hmmm

Weekend at Christmas.
The room was Great for what we needed. The bathtub was dripping and should be looked at. The in room coffee pot was missing a piece so couldn't use it, although the coffee in the lobby was very good. The water pressure was Amazing and Hot water was plentiful. Loved being able to park close to our room.

The only thing i would suggest would be to address the hot water on the 3rd floor. Took about 10-15 minutes to go from room temp to hot. But other than that, a fantastic stay.

Great location - great value.
I enjoyed my stay at this property. Rooms were large, clean, nice TV. Cute lil ceramic bears with Santa hats on the building exterior:) Park in front type of motel just a short block or less from the main drag. Even had a shortcut into a shopping village. School next door with church bells ringing periodically during school hours. I could see the lit Anakeesta mountain chalet from my door. My room 217 the shower ?? water noise from nearby super loud thankfully never was late or early. I would stay here again if the price was kept reasonable.
