Basic services and commodities, okay for the price. Close to the Gatlinburg attractions.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, they were remodeling some of the rooms while we there so it was a little noisy during the day.. some of the place around the hotel were ran down so it made it sketchy

For the price you cant beat it. The remodeled rooms are nicely done. Great for stays longer than just a night or two.

When I went to the assigned room the door was open and the maintenance guy was sitting in the chair in the corner of the room watching tv and on his phone. I was switched to another room because he was in there working. Tv in the new room would stay on all of 2 seconds then turn off constantly. Informed the front desk and I was told maintenance would be by. I am checking out in a few hours and maintenance never came and still no working tv.

The staff were amazing and exceptionally friendly. The area of the motel was a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel safe at night to take my pet out. The pet area was very smelly and people didn’t clean up after their pets. There are renovations going on, our room was beautiful. The bed was uncomfortable, there was tissue stuff in/over the peep hole. No fault to the hotel but the people in the next room and a few rooms down stayed out in the walkway until 2:30am on their phone, talking, and yelling loudly both nights, and it echoed keeping us up most of the night. The parking lot was dirty and the parking is ridiculous. I do believe there were people living there, and seemed to be people hanging around that didn’t belong there making me feel unsure and unsafe. We checked out this morning and our sink didn’t drain, the jetted tub gurgled all night, and when we turned our keys in the office was full of many customers that their rooms had sewage back up in their rooms, ruining some of their personal items, and they could no longer stay in their rooms.
