My kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Kitchen was decent size and had everything we needed. We loved seeing all the bears on the mountain!

Amazing stay in the Smoky Mountains!
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had my parents visiting from out of town and wanted to do a fun stay in the mountains after our youngest graduated. This was the perfect place. Close enough to fun spots in Gatlinburg (check out the upside down house and titanic museum) and Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). And then the actual condo is exactly as pictured and had breathtaking views of the smoky mountains and sunrise! We explored a lot during the day and left early in the morning and got back late, but neighboring cabins had bear sightings! We plan to come up again and book with GiGi. The check in process was smooth and she is very quick to respond. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Even the check out process was easy breezy!

Mountain getaway

We were in a 4 door ford and it was 1 or 2 in the morning when we arrived, just use common sense when driving up the mountain on narrow lanes. We have been on way worse. Gigi was very responsive. Weather was amazing this yime of year! Thank you for sharing your spectacular views with us, we had a great time

Not again...
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo itself was pretty nice for the cost. Except for the shower was dirty and could scrap it off with my fingertips. The back patio was so small barely room to open door to. Pictures make it look much larger, I thought it had lounge chairs on it. Was one of the main reasons i booked it. The pool and hot tub area of the complex was a disappointment. Not clean or well maintained. We ended up leaving after the first night and got a hotel. Was offered a refund only if they were able to rent it right away. Which didnt happen. It was a lesson learned for me.

Your retaliatory review was posted after VRBO informed you that you did not have an eligible reason for cancelling your reservation & you were not eligible for a refund if you proceeded to cancel. A slightly frayed bungee cord on the community spa cover - which you did not use - & a random unpleasant smell on the mountain wind is beyond the scope of the accommodations we offer. These were your ONLY complaints when you insisted to the VRBO agent & myself that you wanted to cancel. There is no credibility to your subsequent comments and booking accommodations based on IMAGINING lounge chairs in the actual pictures seems somewhat of an indication of your personality.
