Good location on the creek off the main road. Room was nice but carpet needed cleaning. Our sinks had no aerators on the water faucets so water splashing out of sink if you turned on to high

Very dirty hotel!

We stayed in the upper building and the lobby was as dirty and then dirtier for our 3 night stay. Cleaning people don’t even have a vacuum with them. ALL windows are absolutely filthy. To sit by a window for the free breakfast was nauseating! The glass was sooo dirty. All lobby windows in both buildings were the same. Old CAN be clean. You need to get busy!! The towel rack was falling off the wall in the bathroom & the shower rod was on its’ 4th installation with no repair done to the prior 3! The adjoining room had obviously had a ceiling repair. The drywall was patched by someone who used their feet to apply it and it was never repainted. These owners need to pay some attention to this property!!!

Arrived to a moldy musty smell of a room. Turned in key and went to the Hilton Garden Inn. Parents also did same thing. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Would never book or recommend to anyone.

We had a comfy room close to downtown, and got to see bears during our stay. Staff and atmosphere was friendly.

The desk Staff was absolutely amazing. Very sweet we’re happy to give suggestions on the area.
The property itself was the problem. The are sounding the property is dirty. The rooms had broken items such as the toilet! No one cleaned our rooms and believe it’s because we did not leave a tip in the envelope that was left out for a tip. I would not go back.
