Great location very clean. My only complaint is I wish they would offer the grab and go breakfast before 8am.

Adequate Stay
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe bed and pillows were comfortable, but the sheets' elastic was non existent so the bottom sheets would not stay on. The room and bathroom had been remodeled so was pleasing and clean. The pool needs resurfacing, but it was too chilly to use while we were there. There are restaurants within walking distance and a free trolley will pick you up on the street outside. I like that the hotel is small. We were able to park our car right outside our room. We would stay here again if needed, but might opt for a hotel closer to the center of town.

We had a safe, comfortable and pretty roomy place to say, so that's the most important thing. My only 2 "concerns" were that the chairs on the deck were broken in the very middle and the beds were very high, especially for small kids, but i just put pillows on each side under the sheet and they did fine. Overall, we enjohed our stay, the staff was great and accomodating, and many things in Gatlingburg are close enough to walk to, even with kids in tow (but a stroller or wagon would be smart to take too.) Thank you! :)

Bed, floors and bathroom were clean. The jetted tub was a little hard to get in and out of, but otherwise so nice. They provided a service where you could place a door hanger on the outside of the door to let the maid service know what you needed instead of entering the room every day. The ladies at the front desk checking in were both welcoming and engaging with conversation. I would recommend this hotel for anybody. Location played a big part for me when booking as well. It is located directly behind Ober Mountain and within walking distance to anywhere in Gatlinburg.

I liked the spa tub, the balcony, the king size bed, swimming pool, and that o could walk to all the places
