We enjoyed our stay at The Park Vista Hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved the pool area. Room service was very fast and good. My only complaint would be that the balcony and outside of the building do look dated. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay at the Park Vista again.

Similar to Embassy Suites layout. Above town, great view. Spacious room, quality is great, Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bath. Well cosidered decor and amenities.

No rest for weary here
Been coming here for decades so i have a different appreciation for certain things. Unfortunately...the park vista failed at many of my expectations but is still a beaotiful property and amazong location. Its loud. You can hear everything your negjbors are talking about....so ikagine a room with several screaming kids at all hors of the nigjt next door. Ir screaming drunks on other floors at all hoirs of the nigjt who wont shut up. I slept horribly. The pool isnalways funbut this time super crowded and kids were pushing and shoving. My room was never cleaned once. I did have the "come back later" sogn ip twoce but they literally never came.i emptied my own trash. Pool towels always empty and it was freezing. Bar lady was rude...was feom anither country. Everytime i bought sokething they immediately cjarged my card even though i billed to the room. Im nit sirecill go back.

We stayed in a partial view room which had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and fun for the whole family. The food was decent from the restaurants on site and were extremely convenient for us if you ignore how expensive it was. The hotel is only like a 2min drive from the attractions but the trolly picks up at the hotel so you don’t have to drive anywhere. The pool was awesome for the kids, however be prepared to scrape your knees on the bottom of the pool if you use the slide. The water is only 3.5ft at the bottom of the slide so my kids ended up with scraped knees and elbows. There is a part of the pool that is 5ft so I don’t really understand why the slide dumps in to the shallow end. I’d also suggest that you hold on tight to your belongings because the hotels process of lost and found seems to be extremely disconnected between departments. We dropped my daughter’s jacket at check in and it was turned in to the receptionist. However, the hotel can’t seem to locate the jacket. It was below 30 degrees while we were there so that was extremely inconvenient. Especially because I know that they have the jacket. Other than that, overall our experience was satisfactory and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Did not know that there was a daily parking charge when I booked the place. The paid breakfast was good. The service was also good. Parking is very tight but that’s the case everywhere in the town.
