We love going here every year! It’s a wonderful place for everyone in the family. I do want to share a little advice for newcomers as I wish I had, had on our first visit. Be prepared with food and drinks when you arrive especially at night because there is no place to grab a drink or snack. The closest available convenience store or place to get any of those items is about 3-4 miles back down the road going into Pigeon Forge. Be prepared to do a lot of walking from your vehicle to your room as the parking lots are not quite designed very well to accommodate the number of rooms they have available for each section. Luckily there are plenty of the small cart shuttles that will come through all day and evening to take you anywhere you want to go around the property. One more down fall to this facility is the small store they have for guests to purchase necessities such as snack foods, personal care products, etc… but the price for small travel size items are extremely over priced and unnecessary! A small tiny travel size of women’s deodorant that could purchase at a local Dollar store or Walmart was $7, or a hairbrush and may I add a very cheap made hairbrush was $13 when you can get the exact hairbrush would be $4 at the local convenience store or dollar store. Besides the few no so great things I mentioned, I would absolutely recommend this place for sure! The sweetest little perk I found to have enjoyed was every time you was the staff waving at everyone in passing.

The property was OK. The room we were in was extremely small and stuffed with furniture. The AC did not work. The onsite restaurant was bad. The service and food are definitely lacking.

the location and the building are very nice, the cleaning and front desk staff is very kind, the waterpark charge and the parking are not good, the resort is timeshare oriented not hotel oriented
