Belle chambre, bien équipée, belle et propre.
Température très chaude et pas moyen de l’ajuster. Lumière qui clignote toute la nuit et bruit de pas à l’étage supérieur au milieu de la nuit.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick and for taking the time and trouble to complete the on-line guest feedback. I am pleased to see that you felt our hotel was clean, the room was beautiful and well equipped. I am sorry that you had an issue with the air conditioning and that it was a bit warm in the room for you. We can adjust the temperature at reception, it does take about an hour to change to the desired temperature.With regards the lights flashing, I apologise that you were disturbed during the night, unfortunately due to our location and the 24hour operation of Gatwick Airport we are unable at times to control the noise level or indeed the lights, whilst we cannot fully overcome this situation we can certainly highlight this at the next meeting we have with Gatwick Airport Management.I look forward to welcoming you again to our hotel and if I can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be more than happy to help.With kind regards
