no hot water or internet. bad food. dissappointed

it was really cold and there was no hot water or internet, as promised. the food in the restaurant was really bad and I waited 40min in an empty restaurant to receive it

No internet or hot water & disappointing

The water was cold and the internet did not work, the two most important things to me. Here, especially, as it was very cold. So I couldn't bathe at all. Also the restaurant service was incredibly slow (I waited 40min for my meal in an entirely empty restaurant) and the food wasn't good

Service: the junior front desk staff were courteous but their general manager/ front office manager is a mercurial hothead utterly unsuited for the hospitality business. He was rude and uncouth. Room: the beds are basic. The room has no soft lighting. No bedside reading lamps. A bunch of tube lights that light up the room like it's an interrogation cell in Guantanamo. Bathroom: the floors are slippery; no cordoned off shower area -- take a shower and the whole bathroom is a wet slippery mess. The bathmat was dirty. The towels they gave us were hardly absorbent and buried us in lint. Took me 15 extra minutes to get rid of the lint. There was no hair dryer or any of the basic amenities one would expect from a hotel that charges $40 a night. Food: Unpalatable. The hotel has a bizarre layout. Getting to your room from the elevator is like getting through a crystal maze.

As guest book taxi for Vishnu pad sight seen and airport dropping but guest want extra service like he want to go for other hotel for lunch wait two hours there our reception boy refuse to give him extra service because taxi book for other guest . they people crying on reception . our other guest also disturb to his loud sound . morning time guest comment that your hotel is very good staff is very good we refuse to give him extra service then our hotel is very bad

Clean & spacious rooms; good service & Location

Large family room with good AC and furnishing; very clean. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple. Very courteous and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Good food, cooked to your taste and specifications. Property is located centrally within easy commuting distance of Gaya, Bodh Gaya and Gaya Airport. Ideal place to stay if you have work in Gaya as well as Bodh Gaya.

The bathroom is useless. The tv was few local channels. Towels were useless. Food is good. Service was fast.

Sound proofing needs improvement. Sheets are with some stains. Hot water is not available at certain time of a day ( usually between 7 p.m. to 3 p.m ). Very friendly staff.
