There was a leak in the bathroom with brown drips on the ceiling. The management would not discount the room at all and said that it was condensation from the shower. Brown water is not condensation.

I wasn't sure the first room we were in was cleaned. The trash was full and there was something on one of the sheets. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us another room. Except for the inconvenience of moving all our stuff, I thought it was taken care of well.
We went for breakfast, maybe a couple minutes late, and the staff cleaning up was not very friendly or helpful. It doesn't hurt to be friendly or helpful to guests, whatever the circumstances might be. There was a disabled gentlemen trying to gather what was not yet put away of the breakfast items. There was no friendliness or helpfulness from the person cleaning up for that gentleman either. Sad.

Ok room
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAppeared clean when we first arrived. Later we found trash under the bed. Bathroom was very small and water damage on ceiling and wall. No plug in the tub to take a bath. Very small counterspace for setting curling irons and items used to get ready for the day. The refrigerator and microwave were clean.
