Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was pretty much as described! We really enjoyed the retro album and CD player! I would recommend bringing your favorite CDs! It was nice to spend quality time with our adult children! Played lots of cards in the evenings! Very nice vacay!

Wonderful Stay!

The beds were so comfy, and the place is so thoughtfully laid out to accommodate a larger group and give everyone privacy. The lake was lovely, and the use of the paddle boat /kayaks was a great bonus. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Perfect for a stop off from Wisconsin
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just had a small stop off here as we were driving for a soccer tournament to break up the drive. Perfect location for us and our 2 kids. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Kids already said that they want to come and spend more time here!

Fantastic Property

Traveled with my 4 kids (11-20) and a dog It was a well stocked house, including a small but well stocked kitchen, towels, bedding, games, movies, and fun lake entertainment. Everyone slept comfortably, there wasn't a bad room in the house. Despite the lack of AC, in July we stayed cool with the provided fans and open windows. Great fishing in the lake, fun to paddle and swim in, with a floating dock and platform. Lily pads and trilliums on the property thrilled my plant loving heart. Parking was close and easy. Location was great for exploring everything from Mackinac Island to Traverse city. Really, everything was perfect. Loved this place. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful up north getaway

Super comfortable beds, great game selections for the kids, kayaks/paddle boats/fishing poles all provided with the listing. We had a great breeze and plenty of windows and fans that made even hot days feel cool for sleeping. The little retro touches were adorable and overall we just were very satisfied with the cabin. Of course the view was amazing and the quiet lake was great for kayaking and fishing.
Jared was a rockstar who checked on us and made sure all our needs were met! He went above and beyond!
As far as the location we were a simple 10 minutes to groceries, shops and dining. It felt like a country get away but really was so close to everything we needed.
We’d definitely recommend this spot!!

Beautiful Spot
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a great cabin to rent. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of fish to be caught or boats to enjoy. The owner is very responsive and did a great job. I highly recommend this stay for kids and/or adults.
