plutôt bonne. Manque une chaise et une table basse sur le balcon.Jolie vue sur la Marina et la vieille ville. Appartement d'à coté occupé par des jeunes très bruyants.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais des appartement. De ce fait il n'y a pas d'acceuil et j'ai attendu 1/2h pour avoir mes clés... La piscine n'est accessible qu'à partir de 18h et il faut payer l'entretien en plus du prix de la chambre. La prestation de la société qui gère cet appartement est de l'amateurisme. Dommage

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, man konnte fußläufig die lange Straße, in der sich der Neptun-Brunnen befindet, erreichen. 1 min entfernt vom Apartment gibt es ein Żabka-Geschäft. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenso klasse. Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen gibt es dennoch, denn wir hatten anfangs große Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen der Eingangstür, diese hat erwas geklemmt. Zudem muss man beim Einchecken und Auschecken ein wenig gehen, da die Schlüsselübergabe woanders stattfindet. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt top.

1. Apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apartment put right.
2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking
3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apartment block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned.
4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apartments showed me what I needed
p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apartments.
5. Information on the back of the door of the apartment is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apartment - fortunately I know where to look, others will not.
6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved.
The apartment and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.

Irritating to have to pick up and drop off keys on a different location then the apartment. Good location very close/ in old town. Hard beds.

My first time booking apartment instead of hotel. Very pleased, lovely clean place in the heart of Gdansk.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything in Gdańsk. Swimming pool jacuzzi sauna on site which we used. Also has a small fitness area.
Woyld definitely stay again
