There was a decent kitchen and great bathroom for the stay, and it was located in a great area a short walk from a street full of stores and restaurants to eat at! The suite was nice and private and the owner and neighbors were very kind. The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a broom and mop we could have used, we tracked in a little mud and grass from outside.

You were also nice and easy to host and I will be very happy to see you again.
About the broom and mop there were inside the suite between the refrigerator and the
close wall, I hide it there for so it want harm the aesthetic view of the room,
it looks I hide it too good, I need to remember to show it to my guests,
thx for mentioning this.
I also plan to renew the garden so fewer lives will stay outside.

Most disappointing
Publié le 19 janv. 2018 sur HotelsMost disappointing. Accommodation is not the same as the pictures or description. Air conditioner didn't work, had to wait until late at night to check in. Water from shower floods the bedroom. This clearly hasn't been verified by the hotel dot com website.

Colin Wolpert is a trouble maker. My answer at 29-10-17was: ,, As our check-in and check-out policy are flexible In all our publication we ask to contact and coordinate in advance the check in and out. Pls see at Expedia and at Hotels "To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation." Please check the prints screens I attached. On your arrival, I made all I can to give you a place to stay includes contacting my local colleagues to check if they have earlier check-in for you, but all were fully booked. You booked at 16:53. I sent you an e-mail at 17:26 pm to ask at what time you want to check-in. I also tried to reach you on your mobile but got no answer, and you arrived around 18:00. Yes, the place was not ready, as I told you the former guest asked for late check-out and as I did not have reservations I agreed, I'm sorry for that. About the electricity tripped off, you should have called me immediately and I would have solved it on the spot. You got my mobile and my WAP and I was available until 02:00. About the water floods at the washroom, I believe that you know that all showers have squeegee wiper, you should have wiped the water to the drainage. I know we have very strong water flow in the entire property, I usually tell guests not to open the max flow. You were tired and you did not want to hear my guiding in which I use to explain how to operate all the equipment and the apartment, I would have explained you about the water flow and the curtains. Our place is not luxury hotel also the price is accordingly, but I really care and available to my guests 24/7, I live on the site and I can come to support, guide and fix any problem or issue.
