No Frills Motel close to City Centre
Publié le 29 août 2023 sur HotelsStaying in this motel is like stepping back in time. It’s basic and old fashioned. It’s a room with a bed and ok for a night. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Reception was closed when l checked out so no where to leave luggage so p had to walk around all day with my bags which was annoying.

Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HotelsStandard room close to everything, decor tired. Bayview room with a view of the bay and wheel. No balcony but had a wide window which could be slid open. Opposite a park and a block from the bay. Block from Westfield Shopping Centre.

Great location, room not like the photo
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HotelsWhilst room was comfortable, it had an unsafe feeling about it when arriving at night. There was mould in the shower and hot water did not work properly & the towel rack above toilet rusty.
The location is great but website photos did not match the room that was given and with a price of $238 for the night, I expect better quality.

Wouldn't recommend at all, staff were nice but the room was in a terrible state, dirty crusty pillows, the sheets haven't been changed in a while, crowded entrance to the room, no bedside tables or power points near the beds, the microwave doesn't work, the phone was disconnected, and I had to put up with a chirping fire alarm sound coming from the starage room near me all night! Sure they would've noticed it needs new batteries since staff uses that room a lot. Not happ, and wouldn't stay there again in the future.

We did not stay and am still waiting for a refund. Did not look like what was in pictures so either filtered. Thankfully found a lovely place and stayed there but nearly ruined our Anniversary 😡😡😡
