Very poor communication. Stuck outside property with no way to get in. Rude lady on other end of phone. Finally find a mobile number rang that another 20 mins to accsess property. He was helpful. Then couldnt access private parking. Until late at night. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom spotless. Heating good. Very very noisy from being on main street.

Property is in a great location and is well appointed. If I were to say a negative, that would be the shower / spa bath didn’t drain as fast as the shower , leaving a pool of water which eventually subsided and the leak around the taped shower frame which I hadn’t noticed until it contacted my dry clothes

Hot water is on some kind of weird timer and goes cold every 3 out 5 mins. You have t turn it off, wait 15 secs and start again.

Fantastic location, but the property is a bit tired; one of the blinds in the living room was broken, so at street level people could see in. However for us the main letdown was the room situation. You pay for beds, not rooms, and we were a bit confused when we got a message about extra bedding costs (even though we booked via Expedia for our party). It was quickly resolved and the communication was excellent. For a short stay this property does the trick, but longer stays may disappoint.
