Platypus Paradise
Publié le 2 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayHosts were so welcoming and it was amazing to stay at this beautiful farmstead amongst the animals and so close to the creek which has a resident platypus. So relaxing and good access for day trips to this amazing part of Tasmania.

Delightful and comfortable
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayKym and Kim and all the animals were so welcoming. The cottage was really inviting and cosy with plenty of room and everything we needed to be comfortable . The setting was just delightful with the creek and hills, the garden and forest. We absolutely loved the platypus and all the animals. Our 14 year old daughter thought she was in paradise. Perfect for a quiet family holiday. We also appreciated the close vicinity to Hartz mountains and Geeveston sushi.

Publié le 21 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was really well appointed with everything we needed. A welcome loaf of home cooked bread and the fire ready to go were lovely to arrive to. The animals around the property were gorgeous and you have a great chance of seeing a platypus in the wild. The owners were great and nothing was too much trouble. We all loved our visit and would return in a heartbeat.

Hidden Gem, family farm stay

Perfect base for exploring the Huon Valley. The hosts Kym and Kim are great - thanks for your efforts in making our stay so comfortable
