Dear Darrin, I am sorry that you found the beds to be uncomfortable, and the body soap to be "prehistoric." Each room comes with 2 bar soaps, a travel size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottle, with more available at the front desk upon request completely complementary. Both the shampoo and conditioner are liquid, only the body soap is a bar. We are branded through Choice Hotels, and are required to maintain their brand standards. The linens (which included the mattress), as well as the amenities in the room are required by Choice and we have no control over what product is used. However, as of January 1st, 2025, all Choice hotels will be required to begin stocking bulk amenities for Shampoo, Conditioner, and lotion. However, the bar soap body wash is still very much a mandated requirement. I am so sorry that you found this to be unsatisfactory. Have a wonderful day!Kind Regards, Breanna Mayon

Overall a good stay. It's not the fanciest place in the world. But if you leave with complaints, you should have spent the extra 100 dollars a night on a fancy hotel. This is a good place to stay in the area.
