Staff didn't speak when I came inside with my family. I had to speak first. The family upstairs made a lot of noise all-night and I didn't get any sleep. I couldn't get the temperature in the room to a comfortable setting. It was either too hot or too cold. I left early in the morning. The whole experience was terrible and I will never stay here again!

Reconsidering next stay based on comfort
Beautiful newer hotel that we have stayed approximately 4 x, all stays recently. First (and biggest issue) was the comfort of the bed and pillows. We have woken up stiff and with neck/back soreness. We tend to like our mattress and pillows on the softer side, we are reconsidering our options next time. Second issue (not as big) is that we stayed mid-week this last time and breakfast/coffee was offered till 9am. I would have appreciated a hot cup of coffee before we headed out (yes coffee in the room but didn’t realize everything wrapped up at 9am). Other than those issues, it’s a beautiful hotel with a fun decor.

This hotel exceeded expectations! We got what we thought was a standard room with a king bed and we ended up in our own little studio apartment. Staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

Very comfortable, super convenient from route I-90, I was driving a 20” U-Haul truck with a Haul attached and they arranged for me to park safely and secure behind the building, where I wouldn’t be on anybody’s way. The front desk person was so amazing and professional with me. The room have all you can even think for your comfort even the wine opener!!

We had a great stay here! The only thing we did have a slight issue with was noise from the athletic stadium directly behind the hotel. We could hear the announcer in our room. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay.
