Lovely stay

Little hidden gem
Posted Aug. 12, 2023 on HomeAwaySet in a stunning location, this villa has been one of our best holidays. The owner has thought of everything. Our kids vary between 3 and 20 and all had an enjoyable time. Thank you Alex and Debbie

A great spot for some peace & quiet
Posted Jun. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayThis is a good sized house. Great pool/patio area with a garden beyond. The house is over two levels which gives a separate area for kids/separate families to work.
We loved the pool, we had extremely hot weather and the a/c was a lifesaver!
The area is quite quiet and off the tourist beat, even rural, Xàtiva is a small town but the castle is a great one to visit. Good value and epic views from the top.

The villa was perfectly appointed, with everything you could ask for (if only we could have stayed longer). The check-in process was straight forward and easy and the villa very comfortable. We will definitely be booking here again and would highly recommend it to everyone .

Comfortable villa with great pool, barbecue and games

Lovely villa in beautiful location
Posted Apr. 9, 2022 on HomeAwayHad a great fortnight in this villa which is very well equipped and caters for everything you need and is located in a beautiful area. Debbie was brilliant and on hand if you needed anything and had the place in tip top condition when we arrived and was helpful with suggestions of good restaurants etc. The pool table was good to have as the weather was quite changeable and there are plenty of games and English tv to enjoy.

A lovely stay
Posted Oct. 28, 2021 on HomeAwayWe had an excellent stay, the villa was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The grounds and pool were amazing. The villa is very well maintained and has great facilities.
Definitely recommend. The owner provided great customer service and was always available.
Xativa is close by and great to visit. I will be going back :-)

Perfect escape
Posted Jul. 28, 2020 on HomeAwayThis place is immaculate, spacious and fully kitted out with everything you could want. We arrived to escape the Covid madness and it was perfect but consequently we didn’t go out to local tourist attractions. The pool is fantastic and the pool table had a lot of use too.
The house is positioned in the middle of the most beautiful countryside great for walking and running. We even took cover from a thunder storm in a nearby Neolithic cave.
Debbie was so friendly and helpful and Alex was at the end of the phone to offer advice when we were let down by the car hire at Valencia airport.
A fabulous holiday and luckily we got back into the UK 20 mins before the 14 day quarantine began.

Fantastic accommodation in a tranquil setting.
Posted Jul. 14, 2020 on HomeAwayFrom the start, Alex was outstanding, especially in the recent circumstances and not being certain we would get there with Covid-19 restrictions on flights. Alex called regularly, messaged to keep us up to date and gave loads of information on both the villa and local area. When we arrived (late flight so nearly midnight!) he still called to make sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful, large spacious villa, absolutely spotless, fantastic pool and outdoor area, all mod cons- both the air con and pool were a godsend in, at times 33 degrees heat! Easy access to town, friendly locals and loads to do. We will book again for certain! Thanks for having us- Lisa, Stuart and Anna 😁
