Très bel hôtel

Hôtel confortable
Publié le 18 févr. 2019 sur HotelsTrès beau séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable. Chambre attrayante avec balcon et vue sur la mer . Très bon buffet avec nourriture très variée pour le petit déjeuner ( a l’occidental, chinois et indien) . Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant pour les soupers . A 10 minutes de navette pour le marché de nuit et à 45 minutes de navette pour le centre de George Town . la position un peu excentrée et le peu de centre d’interets Près de l’hotel Seraient les points faibles autrement le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Bon wifi mais avec reconnexion quotidienne

Enjoyable Stay
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThe premise is nicely situated in Batu Ferringhi. The staff is very friendly and the hotel vibe is also very good. The lobby in particular is very nicely designed. The stay was also very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast quality is fair, but can be improved a little more.

it is a reasonable hotel.
Although we came all the way to the resort,it was a little disappointing that the beach wasn't wide.

The staff were really nice, the pool was really great, the buffet breakfast every morning had massive amounts of choices. There is a small beach right across the road (the hotel has a private footbridge providing easy access) but nothing else within walking distance - the road is very busy with no sidewalks.

Good mid range hotel but very far from the city
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsService was good, had a couple of staff who seem to have encountered many demanding guests before so their response to us was as though we had already asked many times when we were just asking the first time. But other staff were fabulous! We had issues with the door lock (had to reset a few times) and the safe was not working. However it was resolved quickly so not big an issue. They are busy in the morning so not the best time to call for help in the morning.
