You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in.

I booked this property 2 days earlier.. Then the day we going to check in the operator/agent for this unit only call us at 2 pm (check in at 3pm) and want to divert us from this unit to other unit far from Balik Pulau.. We arrived they at 3pm then he ask us to wait for 5 minutes.. After 30 minutes I call and he ask me to wait for another 1 hour.. Then this operator/agent ask us to wait for 1 hour for him to check either got any option.. At last after 5 pm only he told us he can't find another place then wanna return back the money we have paid.. I have to wait for 2 hours and have fine another place to check in by my self.. Very bad servis.. Not recommended..
