Bel appartement bien aménagé
Véranda meublée avec moustiquaires avec vue sur la mer
Grande chambre avec beaucoup de rangement et lit confortable
Petit site de snorkeling à proximité
- : Route qui passe devant la propriété très bruyante et achalandée, odeurs de diesel (camions)
Espace bain-douche nécessite d’être entièrement rénové
Internet parfois lent
Ventilateurs & Climatiseur du salon bruyants
Compresseur du climatiseur du salon à côté de la véranda est bruyant
Micro-ondes trop petit (assiettes ne rentrent pas)

Publié le 15 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayexuma extrem teuer, fast keine lokale geöffnet,möglicherweise saison vorbei, nicht unbedingt die beste lage, ohne leihwagen geht es nicht, unterkunft sauber und gut eingerichtet, haus selbst 70er jahre mit amerikanischen standart, europäisch 2 sterne kategorie, sind dann früher abgereist

Exactly what we wanted
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island.

Perfect location! Beautiful cottage!
Publié le 27 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had everything that we needed while staying at this cottage! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of clean towels. We were greeted right away by the kind Bahamian caretaker, she gave us a tour of the property and gave us the keys to our own little paradise for the week. There was an awesome secluded beach right across the street, which we frequented everyday! 10 stars for this cottage!!!

Awesome Place! Great Location!

Fully stocked kitchen that will save you some money, cooking breakfast or lunch at home. We loved the screened in porch at night for music and drinks, and also eating breakfast with a view. Host was very responsive to any requests we had. On-site laundry was great. Overall a really great experience and a great price.

Ixuma East - cottage
Publié le 5 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had all the necessities for: cooking, sleeping, towels for bathroom, kitchen, beach, etc. Cable TV and WiFi OK. Split system AC heat pump provided comfortable temperatures inside residence. Problem issues: need to repair or install new stove; only 2 stove top electric burners working. Not sure about oven. Toilet handle sticks so It keeps running after flushing. Need to pull handle up so tank fills. Suggest installing a new water saving toilet. Laundry, parking and trash pickup OK.

Thank you very much for the review. We had a new stove installed on Tuesday, we've bought it from Master Technicians in Nassau on the 1 May. Thank you for telling us about the toilet handle in the review as I was not aware of this problem but now it explains why our water bill was $520 last month. We will install a new toilet as soon as the guests leaves, we had time after you have left but I was not aware of the problem. Thank you so much for staying with us, we hope that you will visit Exuma soon again

Nice property with a beautiful ocean view

The house is clean, but would benefit from upgrades, specially in the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom is large, and the bed comfortable. The availability of a communal BBQ grill is a plus. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great spot
Publié le 17 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayTerrific location. Easy walk to both Georgetown and the fish fry. Comfy cozy cottage. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The beach out front was too rough for snorkelling. But lots of other fabulous beaches to visit in the area. Highly recommend.
