The apartment is a good size and has a partial sea view. That’s the good part! The checkin was difficult as we didn’t receive checkin instructions and when we contacted the host he couldn’t find our booking! We were fortunate to have acquired a local SIM card otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. The lobby has no WiFi. The property description said toilet paper and shampoo and hand soap were provided but they weren’t. The cooktop doesn’t work. There was no dish detergent to do the washing up. There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent. The main bathroom had a large occurrence of black mold on the ceiling creating a terrible odor which made it unbearable to use the adjoining bedroom and that bathroom. The other bathroom also had mold but not as bad. When we raised these issues with the host he did nothing and only promised to deliver the toilet paper and soap etc after numerous messages. Despite his assurances he did not deliver the items until 9pm on the evening before our checkout by which time we had gone to bed!! And this was only after we had complained to our booking platform and he had to obviously answer to them. I have never encountered a more unreliable and unresponsive host and would not recommend this property at any price.

[1 - Deception] With my online rental conditions are seriously inconsistent with the use of said Upgrade 3 rooms in the accommodation unit, has not told us is a different neighborhood different buildings. The actual unit room for me is booked next to the community of miscellaneous residential neighborhoods, the local people are well aware of the two neighborhoods grade completely different levels. -Booking Hotel: Jazz Service Suites by Sanguine -Actual room given to me: i-Santorini *Through other residents of that floor of Santorini, I learned that the local unit that rented my accommodation was less than half of the price that I paid, which is a very serious crime of deception! [2-Agent Attitude] As the check-in is the Chinese New Year's Eve afternoon, myself is to give the maximum understanding to the agent. However, according to the booking information sent by Expedia can not be contacted, called many times, the result of the need for local family members to use WhatsApp to contact. And many more agent problems I stopped here due to not enough space here. [3- Full of small cockroaches! 1) The number of cockroaches in the unit was simply disgusting and chilling! The small ones were the size of a sesame seed and the big ones were the size of two peanuts. Some of the cockroaches got into my backpack, and I saw small cockroaches coming out of my backpack when I was traveling in my friend's car. I apologized to my friend and paid him MYR500 for washing and disinfecting.

近くのスーパーまで歩いて行けるのでとても便利です。 セキュリティの人も親切でした!英語が通じない人もいますが、みなさん優しい!

CANCEL UPON ARRIVAL - DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Upon checking in at 11pm with my young children, I was told to call the agent. The agent then told me there is NO UNIT for me to stay in even though I fully paid for the suite via hotels.com. The agent then told me nothing much he can do as there are no more rooms available. He hung up the phone on me and when I called back, he told me that there are no more rooms no matter how hard I try. He then offer me somewhere else which I do not know what place is that. He then offer no apologies except emphasizing that he will refund me. IT WAS 11pm at night and I HAVE NO ROOMS!! I had to scramble for another hotel in the middle of the night. With irresponsible agent and place like this, I will no longer trust this site anymore.
