This property is so poorly managed, inadequarely fitted, not safe & unhygienic. A very negative experience for 6 people for a week!!!

I feel very disappointed with the management. Tried to reach them so many times via calls and messages before the checkin. No one reached to me regarding how to checkin and etc. On the day, i reached at 3pm and tried to call again, but still out of coverage and one is nonvalid! Why you put numbers that cant be called? So bad!! My friend find agent number called Mike and he said my name is not under booking. We waited more than 1hour clueless and helpless cuz the guard also cant help us. The guard there very nice, he helped us to check the owner name at the mailboxes however none of it is sanguine/katana. We think we got scammed. So i called Expedia to ask for help. I told evrything to him and The Cs Staff really helpful. He said an agent will contact. And guess what?! Its Mike!!! Mike blamed me for not telling him i booked under Expedia. The heck! How should i know you got plenty platforms. He should ask me instead! We were so tired cuz been driving since morning from KL. Not even sorry from him and he is very defensive. Luckily i still patient and decided not to ask refund from Expedia. I decided to let go and just proceed with it eventhough our moods messed up. The rooms is okay except the sofa is smelly and floor a bit dirty. However Please fixed and update your contact number so others dont go through trouble like me. Not recommended!

Outside facility like swimming pool n gym is good but the third toilet too smelling. Overall is okay
