This house conveniently located in the center of the island, so for us beach hoppers it worked out well. Sherika was very responsive to our needs and we felt very safe and comfortable in this property.

Amazing stay here! The house has everything you would need. Main reason we chose this was having the ability to rent a boat from the father of the host. Will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable place. Loved the bathrooms and big shower. Renting a boat is easy and very convenient. Spacious kitchen and large, modern washer and dryer.

Superb place to stay.
Publié le 14 juill. 2023 sur HotelsPerfect couples vacation at this property. Make sure to rent the boat from the host’s father that can come with the rental! Both the host and her father were excellent. I highly recommend.

Fantastic property and owner/family
Publié le 11 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I, along with another couple, stayed in the beginning of Aug 2022. First of all, I can't say enough about how helpful, friendly, and welcoming Sherika and her family were! They set the tone for the whole stay.
The villa was spotless, we had everything we could want or need in the kitchen, and the beach towels and such were great. The living room furniture was very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the rooms were well furnished. The boat rental was so easy as well and we used it every day...a must do! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to upgrade the queen bed in the master bedroom (with the huge shower) to a king sized bed. There is plenty of room and, imo, it would be much more comfortable for your guests - at least for these repeat visitors (we are booking our next trip now!😊).
I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful villa. It is in close proximity to Georgetown, particularly by water. We did our grocery shopping, meals out, etc. all by boat. Thank you, Sherika, for sharing your lovely villa!! Exuma is the most beautiful place on earth and we love feeling like we have a home away from home!

House was amazing! So clean and beautiful! Outside was disappointing. Private beach was not so private. There was a backhoe pulling boats around the front yard where the not so private beach was. All kinds of people in and out working on the boats. That was disappointing.

I'm sorry about your concern. You spoke to me a few times during your stay and stated to me that you love the home and the day before your departure you told me that you will be returning back in the future. You never told me that there was an issue. Again, I do apologize for anything that made your stay unwelcoming.
