Agréable séjour
Publié le 21 nov. 2019 sur HotelsÉtablissement très bien situé , à 8 km de la gare routière , à proximité de la gare de Komtar ( pour le bus 204 pour aller à Penang Hill ) , pas loin de ferry pour Langkawi. La suite était très bien agencée , spacieuse et confortable. Le ménage était très bien fait . Le personnel est très sympathique et pro . Le lit confortable et agréable.

Newly renovated. 2 blocks, hotel type and service apartment type. Nice infinity pool, surprisingly cold on a sunny day. Local snacks and drink provided as free mini bar items, thank you.

We hebben een perfect verblijf gehad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, de kamer was ruim en schoon, het zwembad en de gym zijn fijn in gebruik en de locatie is super. We zouden dit hotel zeker aanbevelen!

Front desk staffs are not helpful. The room is poorly maintained. Thin walls, you can hear everything going on outside. Housekeeping staff is not diligent in cleaning room or even replacing fresh towels. Forget about accommodating guests early check in request, checking guests into their room on time is a feat they cannot accomplish. We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby after being turned away due to “no room available”.
