Not great. Staff was kinda helpful. Room next to us was incredibly loud. I complained after 10pm. They didn’t really care.

Staffing struggled. One amazing woman, Mariah was all by herself that morning getting breakfast served and running the desk. She was friendly, kind and helpful. The water dispenser was broken but she found bottled water for our breakfast. She is the reason for my good rating.

Checkin process was super easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a clean room, needs some touchups but good. Breakfast is good and convent.

Checked in and room we reserved was not available and was upgraded to suite. But then got in suite and bathroom was not clean as floor was very dirty and sticky, counter was dirty and toilet seat was not stable . Moved and looked to be missing a screw to hold in place. Then in refrigerator was not cleaned and had a very bad smell coming from . Opened a realized something has spilled and had not been cleaned. Staff was nice and helpful but needs a little help with other conditions . Has pool but when we checked out could not see through water so cloudy . Was a definite no go for us.
