This property is way overpriced and absolutely no service. Not convenient to anything. In the middle of construction/renovations on the third floor walk up. Not even worth half the amount I paid. I quickly checked out next morning.

WORST HOTEL EVER! The picture are a lie!!
Publié le 31 juill. 2021 sur HotelsHORRIBLE place to stay! First of all what you see in the pictures is NOTHING like the actual hotel! I did an overnight at the hotel, there was no reception area when I got there, the security is who took me to my room, after calling some lady on the phone to find out if I even had a reservation. Then wrote my name on a piece of paper. There was construction going on, the place was dusty, there was no pool access as the pool was murky and mossy and green and disgusting not suitable for bathing!!! The door had some type of matrix to open it lol, the tv didn’t work AT ALL, it literally felt like I was in a heaux house!!!! Seemed like all the lights were just for decoration, because only one light in the room worked, the bathroom was very small. Lots of nose outside due to the construction going on. I couldn’t wait to check out of there!!!! Has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in! Checking out was literally me leaving and giving the cleaner the keys lol… Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this place gives no value for your money and you’d need to walk out to find somewhere to purchase food! There’s no elevator so I literally had to ask the men who were doing the construction to help me with my bag, and the security smelled really bad!!!! Worst experience EVER!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ZEROOO!!!

Parts of this hotel is still under construction. Sand and cement greets you. There was construction site noise during the day. It also got weird when Security asked that the room key be lodged every time you go out. Whaaaat!!! The internet did not work. And the irony is that they do not give guests the password. You have to give them your devices and have them input it. Unheard of in 2021. AC was weak. No iron in room. Hangers old and inefficient. Flat screen TV remote would not change channel.
On the positive side. The room was spacious with a new bed and mattress. Sonia from housekeeping was excellent and most of the Security staff were helpful. Tasty Breakfast was delivered promptly each morning,
I would not stay here again.

The property is conveniently located, not far from uptown Georgetown

I like that the security guard was always there. House keeping was terrible and some of the staff was very rude.
