The pool area need to be a little private,need a half of wall to separate the dinning area,people comes to a hot country they need to cool off if there is a pool. Its very uncomfortable using it so close to people eating and staring at you

Thank you for your kind review. Our 25-year-old hotel has undergone significant development in our area, transforming from a quaint East Coast hotel to a high-demand boutique operation in a short period. Unfortunately, this has led to a quadrupling of traffic at the hotel, and our pool has become a popular spot for both dining and room use. While we can't relocate the pool, we are exploring measures to better screen it, including frosted PVC panels and grass hedges.

I was dissatisfied with my stay I went to drink a bottle of water from the refrigerator in my room that was filled with liquid soap. I was sick throughout my stay at the hotel.

GCH AMAZING

Only issue is they need a full length mirror in the room.

1.The check-in process was efficient, and the staff made sure I felt welcome right away.
2.WOverall, my experience at Grand Costal was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.as it spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-decorated.
