River Cabin
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe river cabin was a great getaway for my wife and I. It’s a cozy cabin in a very cool remote location to truly disconnect and enjoy your stay. They were very accommodating during our stay with check in times and promptly answered all of our questions as well as provided suggestions on cool places to boat and see.
The house could have used a little more directions on a few minor things like using the stove first turn the propane on.
The one overall improvement I would recommend general up keep of the house like changing out not working light bulbs, maintaining fire pit, dock board’s repair.

Beautiful cottage on the Santee River
Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a beautiful property! Slightly secluded as you can only get there by boat. The cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and our pup Oreo. Private dock, perfect for fishing, swimming or just hanging out. Happened to be the weekend we lost Jimmy Buffet, so sweet place to remember him and our concerts. We played his music all weekend long. Thank you Dave for sharing your place with us. Can’t wait to come back!

Island surprise

As mentioned in the listing description several times, a guest must travel by boat to access the island cabin. A guest needs to decide if this is the right property for them. I've put a lot of attention into keeping up the home, both with maintenance and comfort. I would have loved to have heard what you believe needs more work since most of our reviews are five stars. I'm so happy that you enjoyed your remote stay and I hope you'll come and stay again."

great location
