Our stay this time was horrible. The side of the bed was very dirty and dusty. The shower hot and cold was not working. It would not adjust upwards. The faucet was not working properly also. The room smelled very old and dirty. The walls has water stains and small cracks. It seemed everything went down from 2 years ago.

Stayed there the food quality was horrible the room smelled like sewage. Cleaning staff never cleaned. Casino would not allow us in as guests over seas with a back pack. We had very important documents in the bag. Not staying there again

I mentioned to the poolside supervisor that the WiFi wasnt working, the woman told me I have to be a guest to access that. Hello I was a guest ma'am. She was a supervisor sitting behind the bar in a suit. They assume too much instead of just providing hospitality.
