Hôtel ayant besoin d'amour...

The room had extensive wear and tear, pulls in the carpet, leaking fridge, cracked sink with no stopper, phone didn’t work. terrible TV reception

Although conveniently close to downtown Gettysburg without being in the heart of the city, this place was horrible. It was filthy and had bugs.
As soon as we checked in, we had to switch rooms because there were stink bugs everywhere, the in-room sink was leaking on the carpet, causing mold, and we found dried, crusty blood on one of the sheets.
The second room, besides finding more stinkbugs, appeared slightly better until our last night there. My wife was in bed and rolled over to find a cockroach beside her. We informed the front desk staff member and he played it off that they knew about it, and were spraying but it was hard to get rid of them because they were crawling through the vents.
We demanded a refund to which they offered for our last night, but only if we left. We lived three hours away and had prepaid for a tour later that night, so we couldn't just leave. While arguing with the staff member after finding the roach, he told my cousin to be quiet and denied originally telling us they knew about the bugs.
After he left our room, we began checking for more bugs, fearing we would take them home with us. I suggested we check behind picture frames because I've seen on shows like hoarders that they tend to gather behind them. Upon doing so, two opened suboxone wrappers fell out. Upon giving him this, he was more concerned as to why we were looking behind the picture frames.
We paid over $460 for three nights here and had the worst hotel experience ever!
