A few things we didn't like: Loud music is playing in the hallways all day until late at night and we could hear it in the room. We were given a smoking room without being asked if it's ok with us. They took our IDs when checking in and said they'd send them to our room after they scanned them but they never did. If I didn't ask for them when we were checking out, we'd never get them back. Otherwise the room was not bad, ok for a night

Most rooms have no view at all. Bathroom was not very clean (e.g. dirty towel). Door does not close fully, so a lot of sounds penetrating from the hall/corridor. Humming noise all day (not the airco) from above ceiling. Breakfast was very simple, lot of heavy cooked food but not much healthy.

It's my birthday on a business trip, and I'm very happy that room upgrade and a surprise party.
