This hotel is very central for shopping or a visit to the cathedral and old town. The room and bathroom were small but well arranged and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent linen. The room had a floor to ceiling window which looked over the roofs to the churches in the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good coffee and apples were provided for all in the small foyer area throughout the day. I did not have breakfast but the dining area upstairs looked nice. An upgrade to more fluffy and thicker towels would be good and at least one thinner pillow. However, for me, this was an excellent hotel.

Great value lovely hotel
A lovely city hotel, spotlessly clean and comfy rooms with modern bathrooms. Really super friendly team on reception and unlimited use of the hot drinks machine in the reception area and the coffee was good - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Lovely hotel for exploring Ghent on foot
Very convenient location - took about 25 minutes to walk there from the train station and was only 2/3 minute walk from the hotel to the Cathedral. We opted to have breakfast and it was plentiful and very relaxed - you could stay as long as you wanted. Very quiet to boot. We would recommend it.

Budget hotel chain so no extras but facility is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is ok, not great-- limited options, not all great quality. The location is perfect for all popular sights, shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

Minimalist hotel
A very small room, just enough room between bed and window to access bed. No tea/coffee making in room, only in front lobby, with small paper cups. Breakfast room chaotic at times, a minimum of food options on buffet. Not enough staff clearing tables. Only one pillow in room on arrival but get second from reception. Hand wash and shower wash only. Overpriced for a minimalist hotel.

Gorgeous Ghent stay @ B&B Hotel
Great location Very clean rooms albeit it very small. Would be fine for 1 or 2 nights -we had a 4 night stay so felt a but cramped. Had a great view - see photo .No complimentary tea or coffee in the bedroom - obtained in the reception area. Breakfast is good. Frequently replenished.
