Winterplace Condo

The condo was clean, efficient, and had everything we needed for the weekend! Not being familiar with the area, we weren't sure what we would find but check-in was easy, directions good, and when we called about the large TV, which wasn't bringing in stations, Cindy came right over and did what she could to remedy the situation. We had no other issues.

Great Unit

Winterplace condo
Publié le 23 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayPerfect location for Winterplace ski resort. Able to use the lift to get us to the property and able to ski down. Condo was comfortable and perfect for a ski lodge. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Ghent Condo
Publié le 1 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwaycondo was very clean and neat. location was great. however, the outside is in desperate need of repairs. pulled up and wood was peeling and in bad shape. the deck outside our room was cracked and pulling up. handrail was not even attached! my father almost took a spill. not safe!!! the photo did not reflect that the bunk room was actuall a mud room and the front entrance to the place. was a bit disappointed!! it would have been nice to know ahead of time and not shocked when the front door opened and we were inside the kids room!!! also, stated it slept 11, but didn't even provide enough towels for that many individuals. we ended up packing our own towels to take.

Thank you for your honest review. The condo association has recently replaced the old property manager and have worked to find a construction company to restore the exterior. We hope to have it all completed before winter this year. I'm sorry that you didn't understand the layout completely. I do include a floor plan layout with labels in the pictures to help show where everything is located. We do allow up to 10 in this condo but it's more comfortable for 6-8 and 8 is the number of towels we provide but we do let our guests know this in our welcome letter. Hopefully, you can come back in a year and enjoy the resorted exterior of the building. Thanks.

Wonderful location on ski slopes

The location right on the slopes is the best with direct access into two different ski trails depending on which side of the parking lot you go to. And speaking of the parking- that is another plus. A nice large flat parking lot. The condo itself is set up very comfortably. The entry through the book bunk room was great for storing ski gear, coats and shoes. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies and cooking baking gear. The owner sent a very nice letter giving information and suggestions for making the most of our time there. We would definitely try to rent this unit again if we have the opportunity to ski at Winterplace in the future.
