Publié le 25 août 2020 sur HotelsI had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. However i do have to say there chef is amazing, the food was excellent. Cleaning lady came everyday to give us towels and change bedding. If you are looking for bed and breakfast with no frills, then for the price its fine. But don't expect anything more. And done of the facilities were working like swimming pool due to covid.

המלון דיי בינוני, בקומה שלוש אין לחץ מים ,המיים החמים מגיעים רק לאחר כמה דקות , מקרר בשתי החדרים ששכרתי חימם במקום לקרר, ועוד שואלים בסוף האם השתמשנו במיני בר

Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano per una sola persona anche se la prenotazione era per due ed abbiamo dovuto chiederle.
Il wi-fi non era segnato in camera ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni.
La colazione é stata lunga e poco saporita.
La stanza durante il nostro soggiorno non é stata pulita anche se le informazioni parlavano di pulizie quotidiane

그리고 다른 방 카드키로 내 방도 열리고 내 방 카드키로 다른방도 열리는걸 알고나서 불안해서 잘 수가 없었다 (카드키 외의 잠금장치 없음)

Bin nach einer Nacht ausgezogen.

It's a terrible hotel. The room was very old and felt dirty. The bed was horrible, so we couldn't sleep at all

The Hotel is old, simple and has a feeling it's not clean enough. Was given a different room at the beginning and had to ask them to change it to what I paid for.
