Disappointed
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGloria was very nice and accommodating. However, the place was not as the pictures showed. The pictures must have been from when things were new. Couch has stains from people sitting on it. Carpets are stained. The bed coverlet was so stained and disgusting that we took it off the bed and put it underneath. The only thing that kept us there was that we arrived late from traveling and the sheets seemed clean, and this is a one-horse town in the fall. There was nothing open at that time. Don't believe the reviews about the cleanliness and save your money!!!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.

Great stay in Gilford for concert / Just book it!
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed in Gilford to see the Tedeschi Trucks Band at Meadowbrook. The place was perfect right across the street from the lake with a nice beach. Nice view and atmosphere from the deck. Place was well appointed with everything we needed. Gloria, was the ideal host. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always remember her kindness.
