Friendly staff, spacious room, and close proximity to my business conference. However, my bathroom smelled like mildew and the shower wand didn’t work. The hotel is a bit on the older side than I’m used to, but in a small town like Gilford, it matches the aesthetic. I’ve heard other options aren’t as great, so I will likely end up staying again next year. The staff are very attentive to your needs, though, and I had no other issues with my stay. I would have reported the bathroom issues to them, but I had a tight schedule and it was minor enough that it didn’t really matter to me in the end.

We had a king suite. It was a really spacious room. It had everything we needed and a very comfy bed. All staff was friendly. The place was very clean.

Only complaint was coffee maker didn't work and light was out in elevator when i reported it they said they were working on it

I booked this hotel for me and my family for a local concert. We had plenty of space to hang in the living room and two bedrooms for privacy. Definitely recommend. Was clean and comfortable.
