Having traveled 11 hours to get to Gilgat it was a wonderful welcome into the hotel, and then an upgrade of room. What a treat. Also of note are the gardens and surrounds - stunning! It’s the 2nd time I have stayed here, and I’ll be back. It’s wonderful. Shoukria

As expected of any Serena Hotels, the one in Gilgit was spectacular. Location wise it is situated in the best catchmint area and commute to various places is easy. The hotel is fabulously decorated with Gilgit's culturally symbolic craftwork. Room comes with the best facilities and amenities. Hotel staff was amazingly cordial and helpful.

good aspects: Clean, nice bedrooms, lovely gardens.
Bad aspects: bathrooms dated, no internet and no television signal. despite £100 per room/night, room service pizza n chips took 1hour 15mins.

Publié le 26 sept. 2018 sur Expedia部屋によっては、テラスがあり、山が眺められます。バスタブはありませんが、熱いお湯が出ます。電気ポットなし。ウエルカムフルーツはドライフルーツで、いつも食べきれずに無駄にしていましたが、ドライフルーツは持ち帰ることができるので良かったです。ギルギット空港に送迎サービスのデスクがあります。出発日に、フライトが15分遅れているから、空港に行くのも15分後で良いと言われましたので、PIAか空港から連絡があるようです。徒歩3分くらいのところに地元のキオスクやチャイ屋などがあり、ジュースや日用品などが買えますが、レストランやマーケットに行くにはタクシーが必要です。部屋に蚊がいて、ハウスキーパーからスプレーを借りました。スタッフが無料ミネラルウォーターを午後6時30分頃に各部屋に届けていました、夕飯に出かけていたらもらえなかったかも。

Good service, the man at the front inform us about the time of fright
Which came from ISB on time or delay.If delay we can wait at the room
No need to go to the airport to wait there. This is very good service.
