Absolutely stunning! This was the last place we stayed for our 2 weeks holiday and it made it so special. I booked the whole villa for 2 of us and it was stunning. Clean, stylish and a gorgeous pool. 5 star from me

Lakens waren oud en stoffig.
Nagenoeg geen aanwezige personeel om je verse te helpen. Deuren waren half krom en sloten heel slecht.

We are very saddened by your low review of our place.
The sheets are almost brand new and clean on the day of your arrival but i am not sure what happened to them overnight because when our staff came to clean in the morning the sheets had a large purple stain on them as thou dye running from new clothes this also was apparent in the bathroom on the towels and even on the walls.
Our staff changed all the towels and sheets , we hope we can remove all these stains on the white linen.
Our staff were there to greet you and explain everything and if you needed anything there was a free phone there to call staff.
This is a Villa accomodation and not like a Hotel where staff are on hand all the time, we feel that customers need their privacy.
We are very sorry that it did not meet your needs and we are still puzzled by the colour of our sheets now.

3部屋とキッチン(ウォーターサーバー 有り)が並んでいるだけで、
受付もなくスタッフも不在
朝クリーニングスタッフを見かける程度
質問や何かあった時に不便
部屋は綺麗にしているがタオル交換は無かった
朝食は7:30~chill out というレストランまで行く必要がある (注文から30分以上かかる為、早い時間出発のファストボートを予約した場合食べられない
私は別途近くのカフェで購入した)
正直宿で食べれないのは面倒くさかった
部屋が小綺麗なだけの印象が強いので総合的に見ると高過ぎる

We can only go on a translation for your review
towels are changed every other day and we do not have a reception area because KyGunAya is a Villa and not a hotel.
We are sorry you had to wait 30 minutes for your breakfast but our breakfast times are 7.30 - 11.00
Our staff are generally only there in the mornings to clean the rooms and we feel our guests would not like our staff there all day to impose on their privacy.
We also hoped you enjoyed the rest of Gili Air

Amazing stay
Publié le 21 juin 2018 sur HotelsWe had an amazing stay at Kygunaya villa! The photos really do not do the villa justice. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool. Breakfast at chill out was always great, and was good to be able to use their sunloungers. We will be back!!!

Hidden beauty in a local area, beautiful rooms
Publié le 24 mai 2018 sur ExpediaClose walking distance to the harbour, very clean villa with 3 private bedrooms, outdoor kitchen/living room and shared pool. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. Amazing semi-outdoor bathroom. Breakfast included is at a restaruant off of the beach, not too far from the property. Had to wait a little while to check in as no one could get a hold of the manager.
