Absolutely amazing stay there, highly recommended!

Karma Reef is definitely the best in the Gili Islands, the rooms are amazing, the views are to die for, the staff is extremely professional and will go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The food is fresh, the cocktails always refreshing, the beach/rest areas very comfortable, the only thing we find annoying was the constant loud music from morning to late in the evening, as it tends to spoil the peacefulness of the trip, but which was lowered upon request. This being said, the rest was absolutely amazing and we had an extremely pleasant and relaxing time there, we will definitely come back again soon!

Good location over looking the beach and close to all the main areas within the island. The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. No refund was given on the difference but 2 spa vouchers were. The spa was not good would have rather preferred a refund. The amenities and free water equipment is old (i.e., the kayak is not a kayak but a small boat, snorkeling equipment does not fit due to use and abuse). Bar waiters at most times are too busy distracted by girls in bikinis to get your order right.

Great Location, amazing staff. Could be some small improvements but you are on a tropical island so everything makes sense and was a great experience.
