The heat in my room was broken. It was so hot sleep was impossible and even with the window open and thermostat off it was cooking us alive. Staff offered to let housekeeping know. "Really" another staff member said yes we have 4 or 5 other rooms we stopped booking for that.. i would have loved that place and booked again but got no sleep and had to drive 8 hours exhausted. Hopefully they fix that

If we were made aware of the situation right then what we would have done was change rooms if we couldn't fix the thermostat. When we are told about the issue the next day we are limited on what we can do for you right at that moment. Either way I am sorry to hear your night wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

Room was clean and spacious with easy access to the pool and patio. The kids had a blast! The pool was fun and the kids had plenty of room for activities inside and outside. The staff was very friendly too!

Great place to stay with clean rooms, comfy beds and helpful/friendly staff. Free laundry (if you supply your own supplies or $1 for purchase from front desk). Would definitely stay again if in the area and recommend to family/friends. Close proximity to stores and restaurants.

I thought it was a great place!! We were just going through and everyone was ready to call it a day. Staff were so nice. Rooms were super clean. Had a pool and hot tub for the teens. Overall very satisfied!! We would stay again!!
