The heat in my room was broken. It was so hot sleep was impossible and even with the window open and thermostat off it was cooking us alive. Staff offered to let housekeeping know. "Really" another staff member said yes we have 4 or 5 other rooms we stopped booking for that.. i would have loved that place and booked again but got no sleep and had to drive 8 hours exhausted. Hopefully they fix that

If we were made aware of the situation right then what we would have done was change rooms if we couldn't fix the thermostat. When we are told about the issue the next day we are limited on what we can do for you right at that moment. Either way I am sorry to hear your night wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

Wonderful property. Very large room. Two tvs. Couch area separate from the bed. Nice large bathroom. Breakfast is completely awesome. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

It’s not in the busy part of town. It’s near more of an industrial area. It’s very pretty inside. The rooms have roku tv. The kitchenette is stocked. King suite is spacious with 2 televisions. The breakfast is huge and many options. I wish this hotel was in every city. It’s clean and has friendly staff.
